From March 1st 2013 we charge from £38.00 per person per night based on two sharing a room and includes breakfast. Single night stays at weekends and Bank Holidays will be £45.00 per person.

Single occupancy is from £50.00 per person per night. Single night stays at weekends & Bank Holidays are £60.00.

There will be a £5 discount per person per night for the third and subsequent nights.

Payment may be made by either by cash or debit card. A deposit of the total of the first night's stay is payable at the time of booking. The balance will be due on departure. Credit cards will incur an additional cost of 2% of the final bill.

From April to September a minimum of two nights is usually required over weekends and bank holidays. However, at short notice there may be availability, so please phone & ask.

Cancellations:

If you cancel within 2 weeks of your reservation, you will be liable for your deposit*. If cancellation is within 1 week, you will be liable for the full cost of your stay*.

* unless we can relet.

It may be advisable to take out travel insurance.

Guests are asked to arrive between 4.30 and 7pm, but arrangements can be made if arrival is expected outside these times. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am, on day of departure.
